Retreat Reflection #1: Worthiness in Your Life

One week ago, we finished the Unscripted Mastermind Retreat, hosted by my mentor and friend, Jessica Burgio.
Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing takeaways and shouting out some of the speakers from this retreat.

Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships: My Spouse & I's Breakthrough

After reading the Subtle Art of Not Giving an F***, I realized only 1.5 years ago, my husband and I were in a pretty unhealthy relationship. Hiding things from one another, not able to be fully honest or trusting, etc. 
This book was the profound moment I realized how much we have changed even in one year.
